2.3 Google Data (via OAuth Integration)

When you connect your Google Business Profile to RatingFlow, we access specific Google data as described in Section 3 below.

4 Google Limited Use Policy Compliance

Specifically, we confirm that:

1. Our use of Google data is limited to providing and improving RatingFlow's features that are visible to the user.
2. We do not use Google data for purposes unrelated to improving user-facing features.
3. We do not transfer Google data to third parties except as necessary to provide our service (e.g., secure cloud hosting), with those parties contractually bound to similar data protection obligations.
4. We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless: (a) we have your explicit permission, or (b) it is necessary for security/legal compliance.

8 Data Retention

• Active accounts: Data is retained for the duration of your subscription
• Cancelled accounts: Data is deleted within 90 days of cancellation
• Google OAuth tokens: Revoked and deleted immediately upon disconnection or account deletion
• Review data: Retained for up to 1 year for analytics, then anonymized or deleted
• Billing records: Retained for 7 years as required by Indian tax law

9 Your Rights & Choices

As a user of RatingFlow, you have the following rights:

• Access: Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you
• Correction: Ask us to correct inaccurate data

• Google Disconnect: Revoke RatingFlow's access to your Google account at any time via Google Account Permissions
• Portability: Request your data in a structured, machine-readable format
• Opt-out: Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time

10 WhatsApp & Third-Party Services

RatingFlow uses the official WhatsApp Business API (provided by Meta Platforms Inc.) to send review requests and coupons to your customers. By using our platform:

• You confirm you have obtained valid consent from customers to receive WhatsApp messages from your business
• Customer phone numbers are used solely to deliver review requests and coupons on your behalf
• We do not use customer phone numbers for any other marketing or purpose
• WhatsApp messages comply with Meta's Business Policy

11 Children's Privacy

RatingFlow is a B2B platform intended for business owners and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with their data, please contact us at query@ratingflow.in and we will delete it promptly.

12 Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we make significant changes:
