1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RatingFlow ("Platform", "Service") at https://ratingflow.in, you ("User", "You", "Business Owner") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

These Terms apply to all users including free trial users, paid subscribers, and admin users of Business accounts.

2 Description of Service

RatingFlow is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that provides:

• Automated Google review request delivery via WhatsApp and SMS
• Smart Negative Review Shield filters » star responses from reaching Google publicly
• Voucher & Coupon System » automated discount coupons delivered via WhatsApp to reviewers
• CRM Dashboard » customer profiles, review history, coupon redemption tracking
• Multi-Branch Management » for businesses with multiple locations
• Google Business Profile integration via Google APIs
• Analytics and reporting on review growth and customer retention

We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features at any time with reasonable notice to users.

3 Account Registration & Eligibility

3.1 Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account
• You must be a legally registered business or authorized representative of one
• You must have a valid Google Business Profile to use our core features
• You must be located in India or have a business operating in India

3.2 Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access at query@ratingflow.in
• One account per business entity unless you subscribe to a multi-branch plan

4 Google API Integration & User Responsibilities

4.1 Your Google Account Obligations

• You must be the verified owner or authorized manager of the Google Business Profile you connect
• You must comply with Google's Terms of Service and Google Business Profile policies
• You must not use RatingFlow to solicit fake, incentivized (in violation of Google policy), or misleading reviews
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of RatingFlow does not violate Google's review policies

4.2 Google Review Policy Compliance

4.3 Revoking Google Access

You may disconnect your Google account from RatingFlow at any time. Upon disconnection, we will cease accessing your Google data. Note that disconnecting will disable review monitoring and related features.

5 WhatsApp Usage Policy

RatingFlow uses the official WhatsApp Business API to send messages on your behalf. As a user, you agree that:

• You have obtained valid, documented consent from each customer before adding their number to RatingFlow for WhatsApp messaging
• You will only upload customer numbers of individuals who have interacted with your business
• You will not use RatingFlow to send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or messages unrelated to review requests and coupons
• You will comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy
• RatingFlow is not responsible for WhatsApp account suspension resulting from your misuse of the messaging feature

6 Subscription, Billing & Refund Policy

6.1 Plans & Pricing

6.2 Free Trial

All plans include a 14-day free trial with all features unlocked. No credit card is required to start the trial. If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, your account will be paused.

6.3 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Payments are processed via Razorpay (UPI, card, net banking accepted)
• GST (18%) is applicable on all plans as per Indian tax law
• Invoices are sent to your registered email within 24 hours of payment

6.4 Cancellation & Refund Policy

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Monthly plans: No refund for the current month; service continues until period end
• Annual plans: Refund available within 7 days of payment if you have not used the service substantially (at our discretion)
• Refund requests must be emailed to query@ratingflow.in with your invoice number

7 Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use RatingFlow for:

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

8 Intellectual Property

• All software, UI, content, branding, and technology of RatingFlow is owned by us and protected under Indian copyright and IP law
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use RatingFlow for your business purposes only
• You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our platform
• Your business data (customer lists, review data, coupon configs) remains your property

9 Data Ownership

• You retain full ownership of your business data and customer data uploaded to RatingFlow
• You grant RatingFlow a limited license to process your data to provide the Service
• We will not use your data for any purpose beyond providing and improving the Service
• Upon account deletion, your data will be erased within 90 days per our Privacy Policy

10 Disclaimer of Warranties

RatingFlow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure
• Google will not change its APIs, policies, or review systems (which are beyond our control)
• You will achieve any specific number of reviews or star rating improvement
• WhatsApp message delivery will be 100% guaranteed at all times

Results like "3x more reviews" and "+1.4 star increase" are based on average performance across our user base and are not guaranteed for every business.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• RatingFlow's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of business, revenue, or reputation
• We are not liable for any action taken by Google or Meta/WhatsApp against your account
• We are not liable for data breaches caused by your own security negligence

12 Termination

Termination by You

You may cancel your account at any time via your dashboard or by emailing us. Access continues until the end of your billing period.

Termination by RatingFlow

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately (without refund) if:

• You violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
• We receive a valid legal order requiring account suspension
• Your account is used for fraudulent activity
• You misuse the WhatsApp or Google integrations in violation of those platforms' policies

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000
• Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual discussion within 30 days
• Unresolved disputes shall be subject to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
• Jurisdiction for any legal proceedings shall be Jaipur, Rajasthan, India

14 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
• Notify active users via email at least 14 days before material changes take effect
• Post a prominent notice on our platform for significant changes
